Good questions.
Straight answers.
A little more detail on the analytics, the team, and getting started.
Practice Analytics
Which practice metrics should I review each week?
Start with completed sessions, bookable capacity, cancellations and no-shows, intake conversion, and collections. Keep definitions and reporting periods consistent. Our practice metric dictionary explains the calculations and their limits.
Can I just use the analytics?
Yes. Practice Analytics is $50 a month on its own. You don’t need a Full Service Partner.
What will I be able to see?
A connected view of your whole business. Understand performance, explore what’s changing, and ask questions about your data, from the practice as a whole to each clinician.
Do I need to change my EHR?
No. Cortexa connects to SimplePractice, TheraNest, TherapyNotes, and Sessions Health, and we guide you through setup. If yours isn’t on the list, book a demo and we’ll talk it through.
Full Service Partner
What does a Full Service Partner take over?
We set up and run your front desk (phone line, voicemail, and inquiries), intake coordination (clinician matching, consultation booking, eligibility checks, and paperwork), scheduling and calendar management, client communications and the shared inbox, billing and client payments, payroll, and marketing. We’ll go through what you need help with and agree on the scope before you start.
Is analytics included with Full Service Partner?
Yes. Your analytics is included, so you can see what’s happening while our team helps with the work.
Can we start with the work we need most?
Tell us where you need support. We’ll go through the work with you and agree on the scope for your practice.
Getting started
What happens on the first call?
We’ll show you the analytics and talk about your practice. If you’re interested in Full Service Partner, we’ll also go through the work you’d like help with.
What should I bring to the conversation?
Your practice’s name, the EHR you use, and the work you want to understand or hand over. That gives us a useful place to start.
How do I get in touch?
You can book a conversation or email Amay directly. Choose whichever is easiest for you.
Something else
on your mind?
We’re happy to talk it through.
